QualiTech in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for an Oven Operator to accurately form, bake, and cool dough, ensuring a safe product that meets customer specs.

You will follow pre-shift meetings, HACCP checks, and daily production schedules, operate equipment, monitor settings, and keep precise batch records. This role requires safety focus, data-entry skills, and the ability to work independently.

Formación

• The candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and can perform basic arithmetic with decimals.
• Ability to read computer screens and enter data accurately.
• Clear communication with coworkers and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings.
• Adhere to all food safety and safety programs.
• Complete required Alchemy courses throughout the year.
• Execute the daily production schedule and process orders in sequence.
• Ensure baking follows the specified recipes and settings.
• Perform HACCP monitoring to verify CCPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Record batches, equipment used, deviations, and processing parameters.
• Monitor automated equipment for proper function.
• Communicate information across shifts and teams.
• Report any food safety or quality problems to management.
