Qualifications

• SPC (weight control)

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safe work practices and GMPs, maintains sanitary conditions and product quality
• Operates equipment to maintain regulatory standards and compliance
• Mixes batches according to instructions
• Weights ingredients accurately for consistent batching
• Cleans and sets up the mixing room equipment
• Selects correct production formulation to match schedule
• Ensures accuracy and quality of each batch
• Maintains communication with other departments for efficient operation
• Records batch information to meet QA and regulatory requirements
• Uses scales/meters for precise readings
• Familiar with CIP and COP cleaning processes
• Operates material handling equipment
• Manages inventory consumptions in the system
• Alerts supervisor to major mechanical issues or deviations
• Team player upholding company values and safety training
• Trains new hires as required
• Maintains regular attendance
• Fosters open communication and positive work attitude
• Performs other duties as assigned
