Job summary

The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) PRN to support weekend staffing in our facility. Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid physical therapy license/registration for state of practice.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants is preferred.
• Experience with long-term care or geriatric settings is valued.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to write evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documents.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Punctual, professional, and flexible with schedules.
