The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN weekend staffing. The PT will assess patients requiring rehabilitation, provide direct care, and develop treatment plans under physician direction.

Responsibilities include supervising PTAs, documenting evaluations, progress notes, discharge documentation, coordinating with other disciplines, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Excellent patient service and clinical excellence are essential.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
• Experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills: evaluations, progress notes, discharge documentation.

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Supervise and oversee PTAs under direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.
