The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, TX is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Associate I for weekend coverage. You will support the treatment team, monitor client behaviors, document data, and respond to crises while promoting a safe, structured environment.

Key duties include safety checks, supervision, incident reporting, and assisting with group activities and education. Prior experience with the target population and CPR/de-escalation training are preferred; high school diploma required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months+ experience with the population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures wellbeing and provides a safe, structured environment with supervision.
• Conducts safety checks and adheres to supervision intervals.
• Checks client belongings and records observations for supervisor.
• Interacts with clients, encourages group participation, and supports treatment goals.
• Documents in client records timely and participates in crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Participates in activities and assists with educational-rehabilitative groups.
