Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree is hiring a Behavioral Health Associate I to join our multidisciplinary team in Lubbock, TX. You will monitor client behaviors, provide continuous care, and assist in crisis situations while supporting group activities and treatment goals.

Responsibilities include safety checks, charting, recording vitals, and coordinating transportation when needed. A high school diploma and CPR/de-escalation training are required, with preference for prior experience with the facility's

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience with the population served preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wellbeing of clients and provide a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and follow supervision guidelines.
• Perform client checks for contraband and manage belongings.
• Interact with clients and encourage group participation.
• Record vitals and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Chart in client records timely and accurately.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to manage emotions and behavior.
• Assist with incident reports and transportation as needed.
