Job summary

The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I to support a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will monitor client behaviors, collect data, and respond calmly to crises while modeling compassionate care.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience with the facility's population. CPR and de-escalation training are required; First aid experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and de-escalation training are required.
• Knowledge of psychiatric conditions and treatment modalities is preferred.
• Six months or more experience working with the facility's population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, structured environment and supervise clients.
• Respond to crises and medical emergencies as needed.
• Maintain client records and report observations to the treatment team.
• Assist with transporting clients and coordinating activities as required.
