Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures the wellbeing of clients and maintains a safe, structured environment.
• Performs safety checks and supervises clients as per guidelines.
• Records vital signs and communicates changes to nursing staff.
• Observes client behavior and reports significant observations to supervisor.
• Engages clients in activities and therapeutic groups to support treatment goals.
• Assists with incident reporting and discharge coordination as needed.
• Provides transfer or transportation for clients and coordinates with staff.
• Supports activity planning and helps maintain treatment resources.
