The Ranch at Dove Tree in Lubbock, Texas, is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for day and swing shifts. The role supports a multidisciplinary treatment team, monitors client behaviors, and provides continuous care and crisis response as needed.

Responsibilities include safety checks, documenting vital signs and observations, and helping clients engage in therapy activities. CPR and de-escalation training are required or provided on hire.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the facility’s population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and dual diagnosis is beneficial.

• Ensure client wellbeing with a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise clients according to guidelines.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Engage clients in activities and groups to support treatment goals.
• Assist with incident reporting and client transfers when needed.
