Infinite Medical P.C. in Lowell, MA is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician's Assistant for weekend, part-time coverage in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will provide on-site primary care, conduct exams, and collaborate with facility staff to deliver patient-centered care.

Applicants must hold an active MA NP/PA license with strong communication skills and at least 6 months in long-term care. Competitive salary with PTO and malpractice insurance is offered.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in MA.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
