Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Part-Time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide on-site services at long-term care facilities in East Boston, MA on weekends.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 with benefits including Paid Time Off and malpractice insurance coverage. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts with 6+ months of long-term care experience and strong communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP, PA, or MD license.
• State license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
