Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a part-time Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities. This weekend-only role emphasizes meaningful patient interactions and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active NP/PA/MD license in Massachusetts, with at least six months in long-term care. Prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs are required, along with strong communication and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/MD license.
• Massachusetts state license in good standing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
