Job summary

Labcorp in Weymouth, MA seeks a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections for all ages and handle specimen processing with accuracy. The role emphasizes high-quality patient service and data entry, with travel to additional sites as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy certification or training, with 3+ months of experience preferred. The Saturday 7:00 am–11:30 am shift supports patient access across our lab network.

Qualifications

• Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months phlebotomy experience.
• Preferred: LabCorp experience; 6+ months phlebotomist experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and tests as required.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
