Job summary

Labcorp in Boston, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role you will perform skilled blood collection, interact with patients, and provide exceptional service as the face of Labcorp at our Patient Service Center or client office.

You will gather specimens for tests, enter data accurately, and support billing processes. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within Labcorp.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Travel to additional sites when needed
