Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Greenfield, MA. This role involves blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods across age groups, specimen handling, and accurate data entry while delivering superior patient service.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with potential overtime and travel to other sites. Prior phlebotomy certification or training is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training, or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis and maintain logs.
