Everleap Fertility in Basking Ridge, NJ is hiring a Part-Time Phlebotomist to support our lab operations. This role requires drawing blood for diagnostic procedures and maintaining a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of venipuncture experience in fast-paced settings, weekend availability, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Training is provided, and eligibility for benefits is offered for 30+ hours per week.

Formación

• Phlebotomy program completion preferred.
• Certification in Phlebotomy preferred.
• 3+ years' venipuncture experience in fast-paced lab or hospital setting.

Responsabilidades

• Properly identifies patients.
• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens.
• Conducts blood draws, labeling specimens, and centrifuging specimens.
• Stores and transports specimen samples according to procedures.
• Understands and complies with OSHA and DEP regulations.
• Maintains clean and stocked phlebotomy area.
• Reassures patients and provide comfort.
