Everleap Fertility in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our new Paramus location opening in the fall. Training will begin at our Englewood location. The role draws blood for diagnostic laboratory procedures supporting infertility treatment, with focus on patient comfort and accurate specimen handling.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 5:30am–11:30am with rotating holidays and weekends. Requires 3+ years of venipuncture in a fast-paced setting, EMR and MS Office proficiency, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsabilités

• Draw blood from patients for laboratory procedures.
• Label specimens and centrifuge as required.
• Store and transport specimen samples according to procedures to maintain integrity.
• Comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.
• Maintain clean and stocked phlebotomy area.
• Reassure patients and provide comfort to ease anxieties.
