Job summary

IVI-RMA North America is seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist for the Basking Ridge, NJ location. The role requires drawing blood for laboratory procedures and ensuring patient comfort. Weekend availability is required, with two shifts on Saturdays or Sundays, 5:30am-11:30am.

Candidate should have 3+ years of venipuncture experience, EMR proficiency, and completion of a phlebotomy program or equivalent certification. Benefits are provided for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Identify patients accurately.
• Perform venipunctures and collect specimens as required.
• Label specimens, centrifuge as needed.
• Store and transport samples per procedures to maintain integrity.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain a clean phlebotomy area.
• Reassure patients and provide comfort to ease anxieties.
