Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Performance Instructor for its DC Operations. You will train new hires, deliver best methods and function-specific training, and promote safety across the distribution center. You may also support special projects and leadership development for future Coach roles.

On a normal schedule, you will perform standard warehouse duties and be eligible for the Performance Team Member Bonus. A strong safety mindset and the ability to teach others are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience training others in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate power equipment.
• Demonstrated safety compliance and incident prevention.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Independent work style with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires and deliver ongoing department training.
• Provide best methods and job function training to associates.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with special projects under DC leadership.
• Develop future leaders forCoach-level roles.
