Lowe's is seeking a Performance Instructor to lead the DC operations training program and serve as the primary department trainer. You will train new hires, deliver best practices, and promote a culture of safety among associates.

When not training, you will perform standard DC tasks and may participate in special projects under DC leadership. Qualified candidates will have experience training others, the ability to operate power equipment, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience training others.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse/ DC setting.
• Basic math and reading comprehension.
• Ability to operate power equipment (forklift, reach truck).
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus, if applicable to the facility.

Responsabilités

• Lead new hire and on-the-job training.
• Deliver safety-focused coaching and best practices.
• Support development opportunities for future advancement to Coach.
• Perform standard DC functions when not training and participate in special projects.
