Lowe’s is seeking a Performance Instructor at the DC Operations Team to lead new hire training, best methods training, and equipment instruction. The role emphasizes teaching others and upholding a culture of safety across team members.

The PI may also perform standard duties or participate in special projects under DC leadership, with eligibility for the Performance Team Member Bonus when performing normal on-standard functions.

Qualifications

• The Performance Instructor must be able to teach others and maintain a culture of safety among Team Members to achieve a safe working environment.

Responsabilités

• Train new hires as the primary department trainer.
• Conduct best methods/job function training for team members.
• Provide equipment training and support other duties as assigned by the AOM and department Coach.
• When not performing PI duties, perform normal on-standard functions or participate in special projects under DC leadership.
