Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Performance Instructor for its DC Operations Team to lead training initiatives for new hires and ongoing staff development. The role focuses on delivering best-practice methods, job-function training, and equipment instruction while ensuring safety.

The PI reports to the AOM and department Coach and can participate in special projects as directed by DC leadership. When not performing as a PI, you will handle standard duties and may participate in projects, with eligibility

Responsibilities

• Train new hires, teach best methods and job functions, and provide equipment training as assigned by the AOM and department Coach.
• Perform normal on-standard functions or participate in assigned special projects under the direction of DC leadership when not acting as Performance Instructor.
• Be eligible for the Performance Team Member Bonus when performing normal on-standard functions.
• Demonstrate ability to teach others and maintain a culture of safety to ensure a safe working environment.
• This role may be leveraged as a development path for future advancement to coach.
