Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Performance Instructor (PI) to lead training for new hires, methods, and equipment within the DC Operations Team. The PI will also support safety culture and may handle special projects under DC leadership, with opportunities for advancement to coach roles.

In addition to training duties, the PI may perform standard operations and participate in programs that reward performance through the Performance Team Member Bonus. This role emphasizes teaching and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to train others and promote a culture of safety.
• Responsibilities include new hire training, best methods training, and equipment training.
• Additional duties may be assigned by AOM and department Coach.
