Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a good driving record.
• Desire and ability to interact positively with others including patients and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation of patients to and from the facility.
• Provide a positive experience for patients at all times.
• Provide a transportation experience which treats all patients with respect and dignity at all times and is encouraging and supportive of the patient.
• Greet each patient at the van door and assist the patient into and out of the van as indicated.
