Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors following facility regulations and ensure visitors sign logs and obtain passes.
• Answer and route all incoming calls on the switchboard within three rings.
• Use the paging system to announce callers as required.
• Collate admission folders on each shift.
• Look up patient numbers in MS4, print and distribute facesheets to doctors.
