Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking a Party Host Lead to support weekend party operations, lead and mentor Party Hosts, and ensure every event runs smoothly. You will assist with setup, service, and cleanup, while addressing guest needs and maintaining high service standards.

You’ll work with the party team, monitor flow, and escalate issues to the Coordinator or MOD as needed. Strong communication, leadership, and hospitality experience are required to deliver a welcoming, consistent guest

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and guest-service mindset required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or events preferred.
• Ability to guide and mentor a team during busy weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee weekend party operations to ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule.
• Assist with setup, party service, and cleanup, including admin tasks and documents.
• Provide guidance to Party Hosts and delegate tasks as needed.
• Monitor party flow and address issues; escalate to Party Coordinator or MOD as required.
• Lead by example, work alongside hosts, and maintain service standards.
• Maintain clean, prepared party areas throughout events.
• Work as a Party Host when staffing requires, ensuring consistent experience.
• Deliver welcoming, positive guest experiences and resolve concerns professionally.
• Use DASH to review schedules and communicate details to the team.
