Job summary

Bay Club in Issaquah is seeking a Party Host Lead to supervise weekend party operations, guide Party Hosts, and ensure smooth execution from setup to cleanup.

You will handle guest experiences, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Party Coordinator or MOD as needed. This role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and leadership to maintain high service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event operations.
• Leadership experience or team lead roles preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and adaptable to scheduling.
• Familiarity with DASH and Toast is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee weekend party operations to ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule.
• Assist with setup, preparation, and administrative tasks for weekend parties.
• Guide and support Party Hosts, delegate tasks, and ensure service standards.
• Monitor party flow and address issues; escalate to MOD when needed.
• Perform duties alongside staff during setup, service, and cleanup.
