Bay Club is seeking a Party Host Lead to support and oversee weekend party operations, providing leadership to Party Hosts and ensuring events run smoothly and on schedule.

You will assist with setup, service, and cleanup, monitor party flow, and address issues proactively while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong communication and teamwork in a hospitality setting.

• Comfortable with scheduling and point-of-sale systems (DASH/Toast).

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee weekend party operations to run smoothly and on schedule.
• Lead and guide Party Hosts; delegate tasks and provide direction.
• Monitor party flow and address issues; escalate when needed.
• Work alongside the party team during setup, service, and cleanup.
• Ensure guest experience is welcoming and positive.
