Adventurous Playground is seeking a reliable, energetic Weekend Party Manager to oversee birthday parties and private events on Saturdays and Sundays. This hands-on leadership role ensures each party runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and provides families with a fun, organized, and stress-free experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, recreation, childcare, or team leadership preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay composed with families.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all scheduled parties and events during the shift.
• Lead and supervise party hosts and weekend staff.
• Coordinate food, vendors, entertainers, and other services.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of party spaces.
