Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year job related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items and special diets

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals
• Meet special dietary needs and texture modified foods as directed
• Maintain records, ensure food safety and risk management
• Monitor food preparation, storage and handling per HACCP and labeling protocols
• Maintain temperature logs for hot and cold foods
• Attend in-service training as scheduled
• Ensure compliance with regulations and community policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
