Job summary

The PT Maintenance II-Edinborough role in Edina Park focuses on maintaining buildings and grounds, custodial duties, and supporting recreational events. The position emphasizes customer service to Park guests and flexibility for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning, set-up/tear-down for events, pool maintenance (CPO-capable), and basic building upkeep, with opportunities for growth to Maintenance III with certification.

Qualifications

• The job requires a high school diploma, general maintenance/custodial experience, and customer service experience.
• Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facilities Operator training or be able to obtain within one year from hire is desired; HVAC, plumbing and electrical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and aesthetics of the Park including bathrooms, locker rooms, floors and interior pond.
• Cleans Adventure Peak Playground and Gym Play Area; inspects safety and reports issues.
• Provides customer service and leadership to staff and guests; enforces park policies.
• Maintains Indoor Pool, monitors chemicals (if CPO certified) and cleans equipment.
• Performs maintenance on building and equipment and assists with events.
