Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate grounds/buildings maintenance equipment including snow removal equipment.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are operational and safe for daily functions.
• Clean and maintain buildings and grounds.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as directed.
• Inspect assigned areas and identify safety concerns.
• Report issues to manager.
