Job summary

BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at Edina Towers in Edina, MN. The role covers equipment installation, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to keep the property up to standards and compliant with laws.

You will work with the Property Manager to restore vacated units, fix common repairs, and support a safety‑first, employee‑first culture. Training and certifications are required within several months.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED; AA degree or cert preferred.
Experience as Maintenance Technician in residential settings desirable.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and building systems.
Must obtain pool, boiler and refrigerant certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Complete all maintenance work order requests.
Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, boilers) and perform repairs.
Assist the Property Manager in unit-to-unit inspections.
Perform site preventative maintenance duties under supervision.
Communicate with Zone Building Engineer on major repairs and capital projects.
Collaborate with vendor teams on identified maintenance projects.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for workshop area.
Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner and participate in standby rotation.
