Responsibilities

• Operate equipment for grounds and facilities maintenance and snow removal.
• Inspect assigned areas for issues or safety concerns.
• Clean and maintain buildings and grounds (floors, windows, restrooms, trash).
• Report issues to the supervisor and follow directions.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance as directed.
• Work outdoors seasonally and adapt to weather conditions.
