Job summary

Planet Fitness Cambridge is seeking an Overnight Closer to deliver a high level of member service, assist with sign-ups, and close the shift while performing nightly cleaning duties. You will greet members and guests, answer calls, and help with account updates, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

The role requires weekend availability (Fri–Sun), basic computer skills, and a positive, reliable attitude. Must be at least 18 and have a high school diploma or GED.

The Overnight Closer will also close that day’s shift and perform nightly cleaning duties.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
