Job summary

Innovetive Petcare is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist / CSR for weekend overnight shifts at our Niceville location. You’ll be the first contact for anxious pet owners and will coordinate communication and patient flow with the emergency veterinary team.

This role requires compassionate customer service in a fast-paced environment. Prior veterinary hospital experience is preferred, with ownership of accurate records and strong teamwork to support a 24/7 emergency hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience as Veterinary Receptionist/CSR or Customer Service Professional.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and EMR systems.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly with professionalism.
• Answer multi-line phones and prioritize urgent calls.
• Coordinate emergency walk-in arrivals and communicate with medical team.
• Collect client information, histories, and records; provide updates to clients.
