Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Niceville seeks a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist/CSR for weekend overnight shifts in Niceville, FL. You will greet clients, manage phones, handle admissions, and assist with patient flow in a fast-paced emergency hospital.

You’ll coordinate with veterinarians and technicians, maintain EMR records, process payments, and provide clear updates to clients during critical moments. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist or client service representative preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress calls with compassion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with medical records and scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer multi-line phones and prioritize urgent calls.
• Coordinate emergency walk-ins and communicate with the medical team.
• Collect client information, patient histories, and medical records.
• Provide updates and next steps to clients during tense situations.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and handle financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.
• Support team during busy emergency periods.
