Job summary

The Draftsman, Charlottesville, University, Autograph Collection Hotel is seeking a Hotel Night Auditor for the weekend overnight shift, Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. You balance daily financials, reconcile ledgers, and generate performance reports while providing guest service during off-hours.

Experience in hotel front desk or night audit and proficiency with property management systems are preferred. Candidates must be able to work holidays and additional overnights as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS and basic accounting concepts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel as Manager on Duty during overnight shifts.
• Post charges and balance revenue reports.
• Check in/out guests and handle reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate with departments.
• Prepare daily income and F&B reports.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and security procedures.
