Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out with proper room assignments and guest requests.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Monitor hotel security at night and respond to emergencies or disturbances.
• Process all financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Communicate with the next shift and management about issues.
• Maintain the front desk area cleanliness and organization.
• Provide wake-up calls and other guest services as needed.
• Troubleshoot hotel equipment and escalate issues when necessary.
