The role requires at least one year of circulating RN experience in a hospital setting or completion of Periop 101, with a Monday–Friday schedule and regular 5/8 shifts plus minimal call. The incumbent collaborates with the healthcare team to deliver evidence-based nursing care aligned with patient age and condition, ensuring safety and family involvement throughout the perioperative

Qualifications

• Two year ADN in nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing or current RN to BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs circulating RN duties in the OR, correlating with patient and family care.
• Completes nursing assessment and ongoing evaluation per policy and unit guidelines.
• Documents patient progress and communicates status to healthcare team and families.
• Provides orientation and mentorship to students and new staff as needed.
• Collaborates with care team to implement coordinated plan of care and conference rounds.
