Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend operations across active client locations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employees and clients.
• Handle call-offs, attendance issues, scheduling changes, and last-minute needs.
• Work with recruiting and scheduling to quickly fill open shifts.
• Communicate with employees to ensure they know where to be and when.
• Resolve issues before they escalate.
• Keep leadership updated on follow-up items.
• Ensure clients and employees feel supported throughout the weekend.
