Responsibilities

• Manage and update employee schedules.
• Confirm employees for upcoming shifts and assignments.
• Help fill open shifts and last-minute call-offs.
• Communicate schedules, locations, and shift details to employees.
• Monitor call-offs, late arrivals, and no-shows.
• Find replacement staff when coverage is needed.
• Respond to scheduling questions and urgent weekend requests.
• Keep scheduling systems and notes updated.
• Coordinate with Operations to support client orders over the weekend.
