Mainspring Energy is seeking a reliable Operations Support Specialist to monitor system alerts, follow troubleshooting flowcharts, and execute defined actions. The role requires independent work during afternoon and weekend shifts, with flexibility to cover vacations or absences and to adapt to changing operational demands.

Shift blocks are 10-hour, with Block A or B options. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior operations or dispatch experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in operations, dispatch, or customer support is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and execution focus.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
• Comfort with technical systems and dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand novel electro-mechanical hardware systems and operations.
• Monitor system alerts and notifications during assigned shifts.
• Follow established troubleshooting protocols to address issues.
• Execute problem-solving actions based on provided flowcharts.
• Restart hardware systems or escalate issues to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs of alerts and actions taken.
• Ensure issues are resolved within the allotted time or escalated appropriately.
• Provide weekend and flexible shift coverage, including absences.
