Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position covers weekend shifts, with Saturday and Sunday hours from 6:45 AM to 1:00 PM and an hourly starting rate of $13.

At 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, hourly increases apply based on your anniversary date. As a member of our team, you will greet members, answer questions, handle sign-ups, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a clean and welcoming club

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Schedule

Saturday 6:45AM to 1PM
Sundays 6:45AM to 1PM
