Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fishers, Indiana. This part-time role starts at $12 per hour with Saturday and Sunday shifts (Schedule A) and an additional Schedule B option Monday–Friday 10 AM–3 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part-Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule A: Saturday & Sunday 12 PM - 7:15 PM

Schedule B: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 3 PM
