Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for weekends to join our compassionate hospice team serving patients in their homes.

Primary duties include administering skilled nursing care and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and families. The ideal candidate has an accredited Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state license as an RN and current state driver’s license.
• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to support the patient and family.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their place of residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Assume responsibility for coordination of care.
