Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) for our Westlake Health Campus in Commerce, MI. The role supports the DON/ADON in overseeing weekend nursing functions to ensure high-quality care and compliance with guidelines.

The incumbent will supervise resident care, provide direct care as needed, and help maintain updated medical records in MatrixCare, while ensuring a welcoming campus environment and readiness for surveys.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed resident status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident assessment, physician orders, and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and participate in survey/preparedness.
• Ensure campus tours are ready and execute tours as necessary.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
