Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Peru, Indiana is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN/RN) to assist the DON and ADON in managing weekend nursing department functions. You will oversee resident care, support medication administration, and help maintain survey readiness across the campus.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed status and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per each resident's assessment and orders.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure records are complete.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and support survey readiness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready and execute tours as necessary.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
