Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department per regulations.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessment and plan.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed per orders and plan.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare.
• Maintain first impressions and support campus readiness for surveys.
• Ensure campus is tour-ready; manage resources and tours.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
