Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN, RN) to assist the Director of Nursing and ADON in overseeing weekend nursing operations to ensure the highest quality care is always maintained.

The role involves 12-hour weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), supervision of care, charting in MatrixCare, and readiness for surveys. Compensation is based on license and experience and includes weekend incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department per regulations.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessed status and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and assess treatment outcomes.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare for complete records.
• Maintain welcome environment and assist with surveys and campus preparedness.
• Ensure tour readiness and support tour activities as needed.
